Registration of a team for the Europe Masters

Declaration:

By registering, I agree to the Tournament Rules.
I also agree that our names may be published on these pages together with the tournament results and photographs taken during the event.
Awareness and acknowledgement:
- The registration fee is 60 euros per team. Please note that this fee does not include food or drinks, nor does it include the entrance ticket for SPIEL’26.
- Additionally, each individual player is responsible for purchasing a valid day ticket for SPIEL. Players who do not possess a valid SPIEL day ticket will not be able to reach the tournament area under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend that you provide more than one email address when registering, as if your only email address fails, your team will not receive up-to-date information.
The date of the event may be postponed. The organizers will do everything possible to avoid a possible postponement. Ultimately, we are not exempt from cases of „force majeure“.
All costs incurred in connection with a postponement, travel costs, accommodation, etc. are to be borne by the participants themselves.
No legal claim can be derived from the confirmed date or from the binding registration.
Attention: When you submit the form, you will automatically receive a copy of your registration. If you do not receive this, the email address may be incorrect or something else failed.
Please note the following important information: Your tickets for SPIEL’26 must be purchased no later than early September. In recent years, SPIEL has already sold out at the beginning of October. If this happens again, there will be no possibility for you to enter SPIEL and therefore no possibility to enter the building or access the tournament area or participate in the event.

Reserve Players

Reserve players can also be registered at a later date.

The four players of a team play all four games, i.e. the entire tournament. Reserve players serve as substitutes if in player drops out before the tournament.
The substitution of a player during the tournament is only possible under special circumstances.

Required Acknowledgements

I acknowledge the tournament fee - I understand that the 60-euro tournament registration fee is charged in addition to the SPIEL entrance ticket.
I acknowledge the ticket requirement - I understand that each player must have a valid SPIEL day ticket for the tournament day.
I acknowledge the purchase deadline - I understand that SPIEL tickets must be purchased by early September, as the event is expected to sell out in October. Without ticket, there will be no access to the building.
