we proudly present the Europe Masters in 2025!
Event Date
The tournament is currently planned for Saturday, 25 October 2025 (final confirmation is still open), at SPIEL fair in Essen, Germany.
Tournament Games
The four games of the 2025 European Championship are:
- 7 Empires – PD-Verlag
- Botanicus – Hans im Glück
- Cities – Devir
- Forest Shuffle + Alpine expansion – Lookout Games
The games were take from our list of nominees. The list included games that we selected this year as very suitable tournament games for the European Championship.

Unfortunately, we were unable to include these equally good and beautiful games from the Nominee list in the tournament.

Please note that the final selection of the tournament games is not based on single titles. We have to take into account total overall playing time, different gaming mechanisms, etc, etc.
So, we opted for a best possible mix.
Participation
Eligible to participate are Teams from European countries consisting of four players. The teams have to be registered for the tournament by their national organizers.
